The purchase of digital products, including photosets/videos is subject to the following conditions regarding refunds. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

All purchases of intangible (non-physical) products such as photosets/videos, are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe & secure for using all types of credit/debit cards in different countries. Your details are not stored on Superhero Academy’s systems during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, therefore is non-refundable or exchangeable. Your digital purchase comes with the ability to enable you to download it onto your different devices up to a total of ten (10) times. 

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services in the event of technical issues

Technical issues do happen. If you don’t receive the digital product link upon purchasing, or your download fails, you can immediately contact superjames@superhero-academy.co.uk with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. To avoid issues, always make sure your correct email address is supplied during purchase so that invoices/download links get sent to you.
