The purchase of digital products, such as photosets/videos, from us gives you limited rights. This policy outlines those rights, and sanctions of breaches.

Content ownership

Superhero Academy, & its owner Jamie Thomas Butterworth, owns/retains ALL RIGHTS, intellectual & copyright, to the content posted on this site, EXCEPT user submitted content. Our photosets are either shot exclusively for us by 3rd party photographers, or by us ourselves.

Your purchase of digital content that is created by us, DOES NOT give you full rights, only a personal use VIEW license. Our content is EXCLUSIVE TO US, and is NOT available anywhere else other than our platform (this website).

License restrictions with our content

You MUST NOT do any of the following with our content:

a. Distribute on torrent, or filehosting sites

b. Re-sell our content for profit (any sales must be through us)

c. Remove any watermarks, or modify the images without permission. This includes any DEEPFAKE modification. This is severe copyright infringement.

Measures We Take

We WILL disable download access, and/or take legal action against anyone suspected of pirating, modifying or redistributing our content. Our system logs IP addresses/names/home addresses of purchasers.
