This is exciting news for fans of the 1984 Helen Slater Supergirl movie. The movie’s plot was terrible, the acting was bad, but Helen Slater as Supergirl was the best part of the film! I grew up with her, she was the reason I grew older having a love for strong, beautiful confident women.

Helen as Supergirl wasn’t just physically attractive, with her blonde hair, blue eyes, and her delicious long legs in those Supergirl boots, but she was also charismatic, sweet, innocent, naive, yet strong and kickass!

I’ve managed to find and purchase on eBay a custom made costume based on Helen’s suit. The guy selling it (eBay seller kleh2010) bought it for his sister, who is 5′ 8″ but it was slightly tight on her. It is an all in one suit, just like our Matrix one, except it isn’t spandex. It was made by a talented seamstress, and even has the yellow lining inside the skirt!
